Associated with Doctor Lucey and to better serve the needs of her patients, Rebecca Soto is currently on-premises in Doctor Lucey’s office on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Rebecca Soto, the owner of Soto Optical, is a Licensed Optician with over 25 years of experience. She is certified by both the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners and is an Instructor of Vision Care Technology at Goodwin University in East Hartford, Connecticut. Notably, Rebecca received the 2016 Teaching Excellence Award at Goodwin College.  In addition, she is a contributing author for 20/20 Magazine.
